RightFax 10 Pricing

The New RightFax pricing model has been expanded, which can reduce your overall fax server ROI.  Customers who want to use RightFax with under 100 users and less than 4 channels can choose a new license called Branch Office Server.  This new license comes with two FoIP channels and the new secure SMTP Gateway with 256 bit encryption. For clients running more than 100 users, there are several options for you to choose from, based on the number of channels you have and the application integrations that you require.

The RightFax Business Server will support up to 30 optional fax channels.  It comes with 1 channel, Web Client and the SMTP Gateway.  The Business Server can be completely virtualized on VMware ESX and Microsoft Hyper-V.  The optional VoIP Module enables tcp/ip based calling thru an approved voice gateway, such as Cisco, Shoretel or Mitel.

The RightFax Enterprise Server supports up to 1,000 optional fax channels.  It comes with 1 channel, SMTP Gateway, Automatic Fax Aging, Web Client, OCR Conversion and OCR Routing engines.

Thr RightFax Enterprise Suite and Enterprise Integration both include RightFax Enterprise Server and up to 8 optional modules.  The Integration Module is the expanded API toolkit which supports faxing via XML, Java, FCL or COM.  The Integration Module is included with Enterprise Integration, as well as the SAP Module.

MFP Modules can be added to any RightFax Server to add scan to fax capability.  The Shared Servcies Module allows 1 server database to connect up to 4 application servers.

Support also plays a role in RightFax license price depending on whether you need help on the weekends or not.
