FaxCore Share Point Connector is an
extension to FaxCore Fax Server’s capabilityto further
enhance organization’s fax processes and management
with Microsoft Share Point Portal or
Windows Share Point Services (WSS).
Now with FaxCore Share Point Connector, FaxCore Fax
Server can automatically route incoming faxes into appropriate
folders based on the available routing methods supported
by FaxCore. Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Legal Documents
and etc. can now be routed automatically into the right
document library or folder within Share Point eliminating
manual efforts to file and archive fax documents into
Share Point.

fax documents. Administrators can
configure document libraries to only allow specific users
to view, edit, download, or

If a fax image needs to
be annotated or commented, Share Point can keep multiple
versions of the Fax Image
and maintain the integrity of the original fax document
enabling users to track what are
changes to the document and who made those changes.
