MIGRATION MADE EASY
The RightFax 8.x Standard Migration‐Upgrade Package is designed to quickly and effectively migrate customers from legacy RightFax 8.x systems to the latest version of RightFax 9.3 with new hardware. Services can be performed either remotely or onsite, and generally can be completed within two business days. Actual duration may vary based on amount of data and image files to be migrated. 80% of our services are performed remotely thru Cisco Webex.
Supported RightFax configurations for the migrated (new) system, include:

Setup and configuration of SQL Express 2005 for RightFax, or connection to an existing SQL 2000/2005 server

A PROVEN METHODOLOGY
Ingenium uses a field tested methodology to guide customers through a successful implementation and migration.
The process begins with a comprehensive pre‐installation check‐list that guides customers through all of the essential steps to smoothly deploy a solid RightFax solution to their end users, and to seamlessly migrate all existing data and configurations from the legacy 8.x system to a newly built 9.3 system.

Prior to implementation a pre‐installation meeting occurs between the Ingenium Services Engineer and the resources at the customer site supporting the implementation. All facets of the pre‐installation and migration check‐list are reviewed, and a migration plan for the deployment is distributed to the team.
During implementation the Ingenium Services Engineer initiates one or more conference bridge and WebEx sessions, reviews the status of all system dependencies with the customers, jointly implement dry‐runs as needed, and begins the implementation. Customers are invited to follow along with the final implementation process and participate in reviewing all migration options. At the end of the deployment, the implementation activities are reviewed with the customer and simple tests are jointly run to demonstrate end‐to‐end functionality.
FEES AND EXPENSES
The RightFax 8.x Standard Migration‐Upgrade Package is a fixed‐cost engagement starting at $3,000. Add‐on services can be purchased as a‐la‐carte items (see below). For services that are performed remotely, no travel expenses will be incurred. After finalizing migration requirements with customer, Ingenium will recommend either onsite or remote migration as the preferred option.
EXCLUSIONS
The following RightFax modules and servers are not available in the RightFax 8.x Standard Migration Package. Contact Ingenium Sales for pricing to implement any of the following as part of migration.

Multiple RightFax servers
o
Implementation of RightFax into multiple environments (e.g. development, test, etc.)
o
Cluster installations, Shared Services Module
o
Integration Module and integration with other systems
o
RightFax End User or Systems Administrator training
