Manually Upgrading Your Existing Database for Use with OpenText RightFax 10.0
In Knowledge Base article 19604884, the method to manually upgrade a RightFax 9.0, 9.3, or 9.4 database for connection to an existing RightFax 10.0 server installation—using SQL scripts—was described.
Effectively immediately, this method is no longer supported as a migration path to RightFax 10.0. Continuing to use this method may result in unexpected behavior occurring in RightFax 10.0.
As a result, Knowledge Base article 19604884 is no longer available on the Knowledge Center. For more information on upgrading and supported upgrade paths, refer to the OpenText RightFax 10.0 documentation.
