We offer three types of Technical Support Plans to help meet our client’s needs. The support engineers at Ingenium Software have been providing RightFAX Support for over 30 years. Most of us used to work at RightFAX. We can solve your issue quickly or can move you to our DR fax service. 

We resell RightFAX Premium Support Plans from Opentext and also sell our own Ingenium RightFAX Support Plan. If you owe back maintenance for your RightFAX server, our Support Plan is a great value. Need a RightFAX Upgrade? We can help with that.

Ingenium provides Premium Support for fax software, fax gateways and Brooktrout fax boards. Our Fax Support is delivered by phone, text, Teams, Zoom and email. If you have an active support plan with us, you may send an email to support at ingeniumsw.com to open a ticket, or use our client portal to login and submit a new ticket for your technical issue. Don’t have a Support Plan? We sell a one time incident for $500.00.

If you are experiencing a system down emergency, please call our support number, 770-936-0600 and choose option 4. In the event we are not available to take your call, please leave a message and the next available support engineer will reach out to you in about 15 minutes, during U.S. business hours. We support east coast to west coast based on local time zones.

5×8 Support

The Ingenium 5×8 Support Plan is for clients that need basic support for their Ingenium product or service during business hours between 8am and 5pm.

5×8 Support plans include patching and system updates during business hours and does not include after hours or weekend support.

Starting at $1,995.00 Per Year.

24×7 Support

The Ingenium 24×7 Support Plan is for clients who need enhanced after hours and occasional weekend support for their Ingenium Product or Service.

For clients that have a change control process or who need after hours support to install patches or updates should choose this plan.

Starting at $5,995.00 Per Year.

Technical Account Manager Support (TAM)

The Ingenium Technical Account Manager Support Plan is for clients who have Mission Critical support needs during any time of the day, night or weekend.

Our TAM Support includes a dedicated support engineer who is familiar with your fax server, who can provide remote attended or unattended technical support.

FaxServer.net

FaxServer.net is our fax to email service, powered buy FaxCore. FaxServer.net is like having your own full featured fax server, but without having to manage it on your own. If you are a faxserver.net customer and are having issues, please call or email us. 

Spam Fax Blocking

If you are receiving spam faxes, please open a ticked with us and we will work on blocking that spam fax sender from sending you spam faxes.

Number Parking

Do you have a fax or voice number that you want to hang onto or keep forever? You can park it with us for just $25.00 per year, with a one-time porting fee.

EtherFAX

Ingenium is a Platinum etherFAX Partner and we sit on the etherFAX Advisory Counsel. We handle all support issues for our etherFAX clients. We can help solve fax errors, setup new fax numbers or assist you with your fax application development using the etherFAX Restful API.

FaxCore
